Our long-term goal is to provide a comprehensive business solution to current and startup entrepreneurs including but not limited to consulting, business setup, business operations, resource recruitment and management, capital project management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Our current focus and roadmap is simple but a well engineered, creatively crafted, and customized strategy to search, find, and connect right talents to the right fields. Our approach is to connect to employers, understand the true need for talents, search for candidates with the right talents, pair the right talents to the employers, monitor progress, provide feedback, and provide the talents a roadmap and the tools for successful and long-term career with the employers 

Our dynamic team consists of current and former professionals who have deeper and broader understanding of the staffing challenge faced universally by the manufacturing and service industries. It is well understood that there is an acute shortage of talent pool; however, the scarcity of talents is also due to a broken nationwide staffing system and the dominance of agencies driven by profit that lack attention to details and the motivation to pair the right talent with the right employer.  While one of the team members received multiple calls and email from a staffing agency for a machine operator job while he was a high-level manager in a fortune 500 manufacturing company, we realized that the current staffing system is severely broken. We also understood that there is an acute shortage of talents in the market. Hence, we decided to take the initiative to start something new, something different, something pragmatic, something to shift the paradigm; NUCLEUS was born.
